Samuel repaired some exterior trim as well as some old deck boards and handrails. He also pressure washed and stained my 12x12 deck. He had everything completed within 24 hours of me contacting him. Workmanship is top notch. It’s very comforting to work with someone who still values their work and exhibits true professionalism. I will definitely be contacting Samuel again for more projects and will not hesitate to refer him.

Details: Brick • No, I will need the carpenter to provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • As recommended by carpenter • 0 - 40 ft • I would like it painted

Samuel pressure washed, prepped, and stained our new deck for us and did an excellent job. He was very responsive, professional, polite, and thorough. I also appreciated that he doesn’t blow up your phone and messages like some pros do. Very professional and to the point. Would definitely recommend and hire him again.

Samuel Torres Pressure Washing exceeded our expectations! He provided same-day service, was extremely professional, and very affordable. He cleaned my parents’ patio, sidewalks, and driveway, covering an area that wraps around nearly an acre of land.

The transformation was amazing—years and layers of algae, dirt, and grime were completely removed, making everything look fresh and almost brand new. His attention to detail and work ethic were outstanding, and he didn’t miss a spot.

If you’re looking for reliable, high-quality pressure washing at a great price, I highly recommend Samuel Torres Pressure Washing. We couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely use him again!

Details: Home • Driveway or garage • Deck, patio, or porch • Remove mold or moss • Less than 1,000 sq ft • One story • Yes, there’s an outdoor water source
