Mark was extremely professional and nice interacting with me during the job. He quickly responded to my inquiry, was fairly priced, and accommodated my request to have the job done quickly. I would recommend him for any job but especially junk removal which he assisted me with. Thank you Mark!

Scheduled to be out here at 6pm on Aug 13th. Been in contact numerous times throughout day. 4:55 get text message he’s on his way. All communication goes silent afterwards. Reached out Mark via text at 6:24pm saying “just following up, you’re still on your way?” I got no response. Tried calling the number, it goes directly to voicemail. Sent another message via the Thumbtack app; got no response there either. A simple call or text reply letting me know the job couldn’t be performed vs no show.
