Alfred is a nice guy but he has done a poor job with my lawn. The first cut he said he had to learn my lawn and that it would be better the next time. I told him every two weeks but he showed up the very next week to cut my lawn again even though it do not need cutting. The third and last cut I had to contact him and it was absolutely terrible. I paid him in full once he messaged me to let me know when it was done but when I looked at my lawn it is absolutely terrible. I messaged him and told him this and that I would no longer be using his services. His reply was that he spent 40 minutes on the job and 20 minutes travel time so I needed to pay him something. The problem us that he is that he had already been paid. No, let me come and fix it. Just where's my money. At this point I feel I'm entitled to a partial refund.
