Introduction: Hmmm...pretty sure that other companys will read this so I want give away too much info...but experience shows. Ive been blessed with an excellent reputation in the moving industry and I only wish to build our companys reputation the same way. Honesty, attention to detail, communication with the customer are just a few of the qualitys that we possess and that any moving company should .

I scheduled a move on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 with Southern Elite Movers through Kizzy over the phone. I was told that they would be at my home to move me at 9:00 am. There had been an ice storm Monday evening, so when they had not shown up at 9 am I assumed the icy roads caused a delay. I attempted to contact them at approximately 9:30am to confirm that they were still coming, but could not reach anyone. After many attempts to reach them throughout the morning, I was successful in reaching Kizzy at around noon. She apologized for not being accessible and stated that they were unable to get the truck on the road due to the weather. She told me that they could move me that afternoon if the road conditions improved, if not, they would be me the next morning. I did not hear from her for the rest of the day. On Wednesday morning, I waited for them to arrive and when 9am came and went, I, again, attempted to contact them. I kept getting their voicemail at two different numbers. I was unable to reach them until late that afternoon. Kizzy stated that her driver had been in a car accident and she didn't have another driver with a CDL license to drive the truck. I asked her with desperation in my voice whether or not she could move me on Thursday and she assured me without doubt that they could absolutely move me on Thursday. Needless to say, Southern Elite Movers did not show up on Thursday to move me. In fact, they did not answer my call either. I had to beg another mover to move me on Friday. They are very unprofessional!

    Make sure the company and crew are legit movers. There are a lot of people in this business that are not certified.
