- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the size of the move, distance, and the number of movers required. We offer flat-rate options for local moves and competitive hourly rates for larger moves. There are no hidden fees—we always inform customers in advance about any additional costs such as packing materials or long-carry distances. We also offer discounts for students, military families, and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation, either in person or over the phone, to understand the details of the move. After gathering information about items, distance, and preferred dates, we provide a clear upfront estimate. On moving day, our team arrives on time, protects all furniture, handles packing if requested, and completes the move efficiently. We finish by ensuring everything is placed exactly where the customer wants it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our movers receive professional training in proper lifting techniques, packing methods, furniture disassembly/assembly, truck loading, and safety procedures. Our team leaders have years of experience and undergo ongoing training to meet industry standards.
