- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My notary fees follow Tennessee state guidelines. Travel or mobile service fees may apply depending on distance and appointment time. Discounts may be available for multiple documents, repeat clients, seniors, or small businesses. I always discuss pricing upfront so there are no surprises, and I strive to keep my services affordable, convenient, and professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact – The customer contacts me to discuss the documents they need notarized and schedule an appointment. Appointment Scheduling – We arrange a convenient time and location, whether in-office or mobile service. Document & ID Check – At the appointment, I review the documents and verify valid identification as required by law. Notarization Process – I witness signatures, complete the notarial certificate, and ensure everything is properly executed. Payment & Completion – Payment is collected, and the customer leaves with properly notarized documents ready for their needs. My goal is always to make the process smooth, professional, and convenient.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Notary Public trained in proper document handling and Tennessee notary laws. I am continuing my education in loan signing services to better assist clients with real estate and financial documents while providing professional and reliable service.
