- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My notary services are free to senior citizens and veterans. Active military receives discounted services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact my clients immediately to schedule a time to call them so I can make sure I have a full assessment of their needs. We also discuss and agree on fees during this introductory call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified and background checked by the National Notary Association, of which I am also a member. I also attend several trainings per month.
