I contracted Cruz even though his estimate was more than the others because he sent me the following txt: "Yea it should last about 2-4 years & the product am using is not cheap either . Maybe they did one coat only & they rushed . I could go down 100$ only because like I said the product am using is not cheap at all . " Cruz unfortunately doesn't do his own work and after addressing several issues with him: 1-crack sealant used wa wrong color (white on brown sidewalk) 2-uneven coating of the sidewalk 3- applying only one coat He came out and fixed only the sealant color by staining it brown. After being persistent about the thin, uneven coat he agreed to come back and fix a small potion of my driveway. I told him that the whole thing needs redone and he replied via text "No that shouldn't be the case , it's the 4 squares that need 1 more coat the rest of the driveway looks fine am almost positive that it will look all the same then ." I have tried to get him to come out and see for himself and his resolution was to have me pay more to get it corrected. I will post an update if this gets properly resolved.

We are extremely happy with the final work J&A painting offered us this past week. They were very punctual and do a clean work. Not only did they provide us with their painting skills but also offered a detailed drywall and cleaning. I highly recommend and would plan to hire again.

Amazing service and here's why: Cruz did excellent work, was always on time, did everything he said he would do (and more) and communicated with us throughout the entire process. He was always easy to reach and checked in often. And his team was just as detail-oriented and nice as he was. And the price was great. We are already planning our next project and will we absolutely use his team again.
