Hired on Thumbtack

I hired Quiana to meal prep 25 meals for freezing. The agreement was for each meal to have a main meat, a veggie side and a carb side. We were also very explicit that bland food is a deal breaker. She delivered the food very quickly and was very responsive. I told her I would reach out with feedback if anything came up. All the meals were frozen except the 1 we were gonna try initially. Then we tried the meal, which consisted of chicken curry, NO side of veggies, and white rice. The chicken curry was not bad, but the white rice was completely bland and clumpy, and there was no side of veggies. I reached out to Quiana first thing the next morning, letting her know of the issue, and gave her several options to resolve this matter (A. Refund for 44% of the paid amount. B.Remake the rice and provide the veggie sides as agreed, with no refund needed. C. Take every frozen meal back and refund all the money, except the single plate that was tried. After a little bit of back and forth, I told her I would compromise with a 33% refund instead of the 44% I requested, and she mentioned being willing to refund 22% of the total cost, but then suddenly changed her mind and stated she would reach out to Thumbtack about this. A few days later, I asked for an update, and Quiana requested that we stop communicating with each other and address this with Thumbtack only.
