Kept in communication well. We had to reschedule but when he arrived, he was friendly, efficient and reasonable. Job got done quickly, he explained everything well and was open to a follow up if needed without charging the base fee. Follow up not needed but will definitely use him again for projects

Absolutely terrific job. Had some heavy and awkward items on my apartment balcony that I just couldn't physically move due to mobility issues. Miguel came in and made quick work of the items and now I have my patio back.
