About
My services are different than others because I have lost 50 pounds and still going. I know the struggle with diet and exercising and still experience that on a day to day basis. I love helping other people reach their goals and having a purpose in someone's life. I love to meet new people and learn what their passions are to help drive them to their end result.

Cassie has been training me since fall of 2014. I have seen a HUGE difference in the shape of my body. With Cassie's help I went from a "rectangle" to an "hourglass" shape. She is very uplifting, knowledgeable, and consistent. Workouts always change so I never got bored - always incorporates fun variables. You will be sore, but totally worth it.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went from party girl to fit girl after experiencing the death of my best friend to an illness several years ago which sparked a fire to take care of myself inside and out. If you do not take care of your body, no one will!!!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Workout plans, meal plans, bootcamp for groups

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Loosing weight is not something that happens overnight. It takes time and effort and can be a slow process, the key is to believe in the process and what your trainer tells you.
