First off they are great communicators! Immediately reached out from ThumbTack and followed up on scheduling. Seems like an easy thing but many people can’t do this. I hired them to clean my house after redoing a bathroom and closet. Anyone who has ever dealt with dry wall install knows that the dust from it goes into every room in the house. After Carlos and Leslie got done you would have thought it was a brand new home!! Their attention to detail is incredible. They hand cleaned my wine glasses that sit out! Incredible service, responsiveness and finished product. I will be hiring them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is based on the following, the size of the home sq.ft. If a customer would like us to do a one time clean or weekly cleaning, biweekly cleaning, monthly cleaning and if they would like a deep clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact them via email or by phone set up a time to meet walk the property discuss any areas that they would like us to pay special attention on, and set up the best time to clean their home based on what works best for them and their schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly researching the latest equipment and chemicals. We also keep in touch with our chemical providers so that we can find the best chemicals for the customer's need. We encourage our clients to share ideas or tried and true products or remedies.
