I'm Teddy. I've been fixing appliances since 90's and I still run service calls myself — this isn't a call center. Our crew is my brother, my son, my cousin, and a friend I'd trust in my own house.
What we do differently is tell you the truth. You get flat, upfront pricing before we start — no surprise charges at the end. If a repair isn't worth what the machine is worth, I'll tell you that instead of selling you one. And if you'd rather do it yourself, I'll tell you the exact part and ship it to your door.

We're also CSIA-certified for dryer vents, which means we open the dryer and clean the full path, not just the vent line.

Our dishwasher warranty used this company to see if our dishwasher could be repaired. The work order was submitted in January and its taken three in home visits, promises of just needing to order more parts, having to continually follow up with them when they wouldnt return phone calls or complete the service. We received a message saying Anthony was in our home working when he was never there. I spoke with both Dane and Anthony on March 14th and was reassured that they would order the required part and arrive within 1-2 days and then follow up with me. They never did and finally today, March 24th I spoke with the office and they said theres nothing more they can do because the job is listed as completed in their system and we would have to contact the manufacturer again and resubmit a request. The warranty was for one year and now that time has passed. This company was paid out for work they never completed or even did and were totally unprofessional. I plan on contacting the Better Business Bureau and reporting this fraud.7/16/26 over Four years later and I finally received a response from this business. I called the number and its just an automated system with no one real to talk to and disconnected when I spoke of my reason for calling. This is a local business and that number was just a ploy to look better in the review system. Scammers!
