FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straight forward. You pay nothing extra for any of our Live or In-Home Concerts (think recitals). Only fee you'll ever see from us is our one-time $55 registration fee. Always ask if we are running any current specials, however!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIND OUT WHAT THEY WANT TO ACHIEVE! That's DPV's first priority...We always customize the lesson to fit with the students interests and their goals and put them with the best fit instructor. The Introductory Lesson is an audition for the student. i.e. They are auditioning the instructor. We want that relationship to be pure gold before moving forward. After this there is zero obligation to continue. Even the first month of a lesson package is risk free! You can quit at any time and receive a full refund of the remaining lessons of that month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
