- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Kitchen countertops resurfacing is dependent on size. Most bathtubs are standard pricing, as well as tub/surrounds. After hearing customers request and maybe seeing a picture, I can give a price estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted by a potential customer, I will make an appointment and go to their residence to show colors, answer questions, determine needs, give an estimate and hopefully schedule the work to be performed. There is no charge for this service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a State of Tennessee licensed General Contractor for years.
