- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a referral gratuity for any referrals. The amount will reflect the size of the new project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can give a bid over the phone for a small handyman job if you send me a picture. Most projects I like to come and see, and offer you a price in person. This allows me to discuss options, scope of work, materials to be used, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained under a union carpenter.
