My experience was different from the reviews I read. They replaced my kitchen counter and sink. I had the materials. They left my dishwasher rocking and it would not work. My garbage disposal also would not work. They came back to 'fix' it quickly, but it was damaged (falling apart) and I had to replace it eventually. When I decided I was not going to replace the dishwasher, it was hard to get in contact with him to come back and fix it. He also had to put screws in two pieces of the counter to keep it from moving. His crew had not done it. His response time with me was not timely. He was very respectful, however.
