Bobby contacted me immediately after submitting my request, and within 20 minutes he arrived to evaluate problem(s) and fix! Bobby is a good listener; he communicated issues and prices clearly, before giving him the approval to do work, and had all issues fix within an hour. Really chill guy honestly. Took longer than what I expected but it was a harder job and not to mention it was basically sunset when he started so I’m impressed with the fact that it got done all in one day. Brian showed up the same day we contacted him about our electrical issue. He did a very indepth diagnostic to determine why our receptacles weren't working. We had 2 other quotes to replace the whole circuit and all the receptacles. After 30 min Brian had our receptacles working and all we had to replace was one faulty receptacle. Our estimates went from over $1,000 to $150 service call. I highly recommend Bob Da Builder Services. They were very professional and most of all honest. We will definitely be calling them again if we have any other issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My company charges $110 for a service call for the first hour. This includes the time it takes to diagnose the whatever the problem is and giving the customer an estimate on how much it will cost for a solution. If the customer agrees to the estimate I will waive the service charge fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On any major project the customer will be expected to cover the material costs upfront with a deposit of 1/2 the total estimate. The other half of the invoice is to be paid upon the completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My company has over 20 years experience in the electrical trade.
