Really chill guy honestly. Took longer than what I expected but it was a harder job and not to mention it was basically sunset when he started so I’m impressed with the fact that it got done all in one day. Would definitely recommend to anyone, he’ll make sure to get the job done for sure. And if I ever have any other problems, will definitely be reaching back out to you.

First let me say that Bobby was very reasonable in pricing. I had a mini split that needed to be installed in our home. He ran the wiring from one side of the house to the other which wasn’t a very easy task. Bobby was very quick to get the job done and followed up to ensure that everything was working properly. I couldn’t be anymore satisfied with the work done. If you get the chance to work with Bobby, please do! It was a pleasure to work with him and will be calling on him again very soon!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My company charges $110 for a service call for the first hour. This includes the time it takes to diagnose the whatever the problem is and giving the customer an estimate on how much it will cost for a solution. If the customer agrees to the estimate I will waive the service charge fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On any major project the customer will be expected to cover the material costs upfront with a deposit of 1/2 the total estimate. The other half of the invoice is to be paid upon the completion of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My company has over 20 years experience in the electrical trade.
