FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are very affordable, and—understanding that some people face more difficult situations than others—I am open to reaching an agreement; for large projects, a mutually beneficial arrangement can always be worked out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for more details about what you need and, if possible, some photos. Sometimes I can provide a quote based solely on that information, but at other times, I need to visit the site to ensure the quote is accurate. I also ask for your address, as it is important information: I might be able to visit you much sooner than expected. Otherwise, I schedule a visit and send you a message 30 minutes before arriving at your home. Finally, the work is carried out as agreed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only formal education relevant to my work is my secondary schooling; however, the education, values, and principles I learned from my parents—such as being responsible, punctual, and empathetic toward the property owner—are far more important.
