- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are reasonable, fair, and usually cheaper than competitors. Prices are negotiable and I make sure all parties understand and agree on final cost. No surprise fees, I do not charge fees most competitors do, unless stated price will always be a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a phone call,then a visit to property to assess the problem and make material list ,and then to complete job in timely manner.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a 3rd generation carpenter so I grew up on jobsites ,doing everything from hardwood floors,to drywall to custom built ins,following in my father,grandfather and several uncles foot steps .its not a job its a passion for me.
