Laura was great! She was flexible and came across very trustworthy. I left her a note with things I wanted done and she completed all of them. My condo has never been this clean! She brought her own cleaning supplies, which is great because I don't have any! She also made sure to text me if she had any questions and even followed up after she left to make sure everything met my expectations.
