Been in counseling for the past 3 months with Alisa. She is a great listener, she is supportive and genuine. My husband never believed in airing our dirty laundry or accept advice from strangers about our marriage, but Alisa has gotten through his tough exterior. He feels comfortable talking to her because she doesn’t judge him, then offers him suggestions on ways to be a better man. I appreciate her because she has helped me to adjust my behavior and realize that relationships aren’t easy, and you have to put in the effort to make them work.

My husband and I have been together for 16 years now and through those 16 years we have gone through years of ups and downs. Most recently, a few situations that could’ve ended us and our beautiful family completely. We had done therapy before, but either did separately or tried it together, but we’re never never transparent, open and honest with our feelings and or would do 2/3 sessions and faked like we were ok. When searching for a counselor this time around, we both talked to them individually, and collectively decided that Alisa was the person we instantly had a connection with and understood what we were needing. She’s personable, honest, transparent , will call you out, fair, and consistent. You truly feel like you’re talking to your best friend. She made herself available to us at any time of the night. You could really tell she was invested in our progress, and our marriage. We are going on 5 months with Alisa and have made significant amount of progress in our marriage. Alisa has truly been instrumental in saving us, and keeping our family together Thank you Alisa- we mean it.

Absolutely amazing experience thus far. I couldn’t of found a better person, she truly loves her job and actually cares about her clients. I never thought I would find anyone that would help me with my relationship problems. I was literally hanging by a thread and didn't know what else to do. Honestly, I thought it was over but thank God for sending Alisa. She's helped both myself and my significant other built a stronger and healthier relationship. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer reasonable pricing. I do not take insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can do a telephone consultation for about 15-30 mins free. After that, I can session a virtual session, or telephone session, but if your local meaning live within 20 miles and you prefer a sessions to your home/business location. I can visit you there as well. I try to create goals/treatment plan, as we work together and create a plan that works for your life and what you want to accomplish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a license social worker for 24 years.Graduated from Cleveland State University with a B.A of Social Work. I have a M.A in Adult Adult/Education Training from University of Phoenix 2009. I’m a certified life coach/health coach from Health Coach Institute in Boise,ID, accredited by International Coaching Federation. I have worked with all kinds of clients experiencing anxiety, stress, developing positive habits, confidence, relationships, work-life balance, spirituality, and career etc.
