Ms. Lisa is not only an amazing vocal coach! She is a wonderful and lovely person with such a great attitude and spirit. I would not want to work with anyone else but Ms. Lisa. Lisa Marie with CVP Coaching is such a knowledgeable and experienced voice coach. I brought my eldest daughter to her to further develop her God-given talent of singing and Coach Lisa Marie is remarkable. She is organized and teaches new topics each lesson, reviewing what she went over in past lessons when warranted. Sometimes I sit in on the lessons and I learn so much! Although nervous at first, I found our first meeting to be EXTREMELY helpful and illuminating right off the bat. I'm not used to singing in front of people but I can already tell how helpful these lessons are going to be. Lisa Marie is a wonderful vocal coach and I highly recommend going with her for lessons.

As I endeavored to locate a qualified singing coach this year, I must say I didn't expect to find a coach I would be as excited about as I am Lisa Marie. My initial goal was to address a couple of areas in my singing, but after only 4 weeks I can see that with Lisa's exceptional knowledge of the many facets of vocal training, she is going to take me to a level of accompolishment I never dreamed of going! My vibrato improved and my range increased after only the first 2 lessons! I can't wait to see what the next few months bring. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First meeting is extended to include a time to get to know each other and discuss client goals. Each lesson has a client driven agenda. Clients select the songs we use for the voice session. We begin with warm ups, scales and other vocal exercises. Majority of the time is spent SINGING! The goal each session is to apply the techniques that we are learning to our latest song choice. We also cover secrets of the trade, stage presence and DELIVERY!

I am a self-trained artist. My life of singing consists of: Front man/ soloist for San Diego's top corporate bands, (Mar Dels, Rhythm Makers, Kalayaan, High Density), Skyline and Bellevue church choirs Featured artist for live stage shows, television and recording projects Top stateside venues such as Los Angeles House of Blues, San Diego 4th and B, Las Vegas strip (Flamingo, Mirage, Motown Café, Hard Rock)International Venues in Bahamas, 1998; China, 2004; Mexico, 1983 Winning titles include San Diego Vocalist of the Year 2000 and Entertainer of the Year (Top 40, 1996; Broadway 2000; Showtunes 1997)
