Walter showed up on time and ready to work. He and his son were very professional but also very personable. Walter made me feel like I was his most important client of the day! We had been using the same well known company for the past “fiveish”years. We never questioned their prices but definitely should have! The Window Guy was half the cost but definitely NOT half as good! Our house and gazebo are sparkling clean! Customer service has definitely taken a downward turn! The Window Guy’s customer service restored my faith that good people still exist, that good customer service is out there! Thank you Jason! You’ve built a wonderful business and I pray that it continues to grow in leaps and bounds!

This was a wonderful experience today! Walter Stein, his son, along with twins Josh and Jaden showed up on time and worked steadily all day. They were friendly and took great measures to be respectful of furniture and draperies. They had to deal with storm windows and heights but seemed to take it all in stride. They also soft washed our home and it looks like it just had a new paint job! We are thrilled with the professionalism. the process, and the price. Thank you, Window Guys!
