Walter showed up on time and ready to work. He and his son were very professional but also very personable. Walter made me feel like I was his most important client of the day!
We had been using the same well known company for the past “fiveish”years. We never questioned their prices but definitely should have! The Window Guy was half the cost but definitely NOT half as good! Our house and gazebo are sparkling clean!
Customer service has definitely taken a downward turn! The Window Guy’s customer service restored my faith that good people still exist, that good customer service is out there!

Josh and Markish arrived promptly and got right to work cleaning both the interior and exterior windows. I noticed a few water spots after the initial cleaning, but Josh was happy to address them and made sure everything looked great before leaving.I also really appreciated their flexibility with scheduling, as I had to change the original appointment time twice. Overall, they were professional, accommodating, and did an excellent job.

Ive been using Jason The Window guy for 5 years. When my house was first built, Jason came out, personally, to figure out how to get rid of this film on my shutters. Since then, Ive had monthly service for my outside windows and sweeping cobwebs from the eaves. I live on a lake, so things get pretty knarly! The guys do an exceptional job, and they always show up when they say they will, with a great attitude. The whole team goes above and beyond.
