Walter showed up on time and ready to work. He and his son were very professional but also very personable. Walter made me feel like I was his most important client of the day! We had been using the same well known company for the past “fiveish”years. We never questioned their prices but definitely should have! The Window Guy was half the cost but definitely NOT half as good! Our house and gazebo are sparkling clean! Customer service has definitely taken a downward turn! The Window Guy’s customer service restored my faith that good people still exist, that good customer service is out there! Thank you Jason!
