Small area inside garage to accommodate the installation of a 2 post automotive lift. Area measured 15' by 4' by 12" deep. Specs required rebar and 4000 PSI concrete. John Ladd Concrete exceeded my expectations. Professional, arrived on time, cleaned up area leaving no debris behind. Very pleased with results. Would definitely hire again.

John and his crew did an outstanding job with a very challenging brick exterior; paint had been previously applied over vine roots in the brick, and the work was painstaking, but exceptional. The pea gravel deck he cleaned and sealed looks like new. We also hired JL to pour a new sidewalk (stamped concrete) and grill pad (pea gravel aggregate to match existing), and both look amazing!

Very happy with his work. We wanted an aggregate concrete pad poured for our RV. We found John Ladd through Thumbtack. We had no idea if he would be a good fit for us or not, but after meeting with John for the estimate, my husband said, "This will be the one. I can tell he knows what he's talking about." We weren't disappointed. He got to this job even faster than he originally promised, which was a nice surprise. His work was exceptional. He was professional and the pad looks great. It's straight. It's level and it's exactly as we envisioned.

I have been in the concrete business for ten years. I worked for two different companies before going out on my own.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing concrete for 10 years before starting my own company.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Cheaper is not always better. Make sure that the company is licensed and have general liability and workmans comp insurance.
