- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing & payments: We offer simple, transparent pricing — remote check $35, tune-up $49, virus removal $99, onsite Wi-Fi audit $85 (plus parts). We accept cash, card, and Venmo. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand the problem, then provide a clear estimate before any work begins. For smaller issues I can often do a remote diagnostic right away. For onsite jobs, I confirm the time, arrive prepared, and explain the repair process in plain language. Once the work is complete, I test everything in front of you, answer any questions, and provide a receipt plus a 30-day labor warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of hands-on experience in computer repair, networking, and technology support. I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), CompTIA A+ certified, and trained in Internet+ technologies. My background includes supporting both residential and small-business clients, staying current with modern systems, cybersecurity, and now software development.
