- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To ensure our bartenders are taken care of, we employ a "Tip Minimum," which simply means that if the bartender doesn't make X amount in tips, the remaining difference will be billed. So far, we've never had to bill a customer for the remaining difference.

I've been bartending in busy locations since 2020; I am also Cicerone Beer Server Certified, which means I know and love my beers!
