What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts on bundled services. Remote Solutions (Help over the internet) requires 1/2 the fee as a Deposit. The price quoted for a job-site or in-home visit, will include a 30 mile range at no charge. Over 30 miles will incur additional costs that will be discussed at time of scheduling.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call to introduce our company, gather information regarding the scope of work to be done, and schedule a date and time to complete it. Most of our solutions are Remote in nature, but in the seldom situation we need to visit your home or work place, we have a 30 mile service radius that is included in the appointment cost, anything over 30 miles is subject to an additional fee. This fee will be discussed with you prior to scheduling the appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went through vocational studies throughout high school. Have completed multiple online certification courses, and continue education on new technologies and solutions each quarter.
