I don't believe we had the same point of view as far as politics, but he and his partner responded to me very quickly, showed up on time, did great work, and good prices. He unplugged my toilet, and installed new faucets in my second bathroom. Overall, I'm very pleased, and will call them again.

David’s initial response was immediate. He let me choose the date and time. He was punctual, courteous, very knowledgeable and a very fair price for his service. He thoroughly checked out my tankless water heater and determined all that was needed was maintenance to remove a mineral buildup in the waterline, as I also thought. All around a very positive experience; a lovely person to do business with, and his helper too!

Even though some unexpected situations came up during his work, he was able to obtain the supplies needed to complete the job without having me wait. My dogs were also barking continuously during his work and he was very patient and never complained.
