When I first started real estate photography more than five years ago, I realized that home buyers were not looking for breathtaking pictures they're looking for A place to call home. While I still work hard to produce beautiful and captivating images, my main focus is to capture the best visual representation of the property possible, so that when your buyer shows up there are no surprises. Timothy has always responded professionally and pretty much right away. He has also been willing to work with me on listings that maybe a little farther out, with me being an agent that list pretty much from Kentucky line to Georgia line in Tennessee. He's always gotten pictures to me within a timely manner even if I needed them the next day he's always willing to work with me. The only person that I trust to picture a house or land for a listing!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair, and I offer referral and multi package discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want new clients to feel comfortable with me being in their home. So, I try to stay as friendly and approachable as possible. I don't mind answering questions, moving furniture or an overly affectionate dog looking to make friends. On Jobs I usually wind up saying " hi", "how are you doing?", and "who's a good boy?".
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates in Visual communications, Part 107 commercial drone license, and I have been studying photography independently for some time now.
