- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair, and I offer referral and multi package discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want new clients to feel comfortable with me being in their home. So, I try to stay as friendly and approachable as possible. I don't mind answering questions, moving furniture or an overly affectionate dog looking to make friends. On Jobs I usually wind up saying " hi", "how are you doing?", and "who's a good boy?".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates in Visual communications, Part 107 commercial drone license, and I have been studying photography independently for some time now.
