From the 1st call to end of the Service it was most reassuring, The Tech Brent came into my very hot house and was kind to Us. I havent used them to do any work as of this review but I am. All thats happened so far was the gentleman came out to check my system and air ducts. I chose to do their annual check ups which if I remember correctly they come out twice a year to check and clean the unit and other electrical cooling appliances in the house for $159.00 which sounded like a great deal. I am also going to see about them putting in different size ducts so that my bedroom can be cooler then it is right now. They send you a text of the worker thats coming with a picture and a detailed text about the employee which I think is a great touch. Everything so far has been wonderful and they havent even done any type of work yet so if anyone is unsure about this service I assure you give them a call and you will not regret it!

This company does a phenomenal job of customer service!! From my initial contact with them they are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They give you a time and they show up on time!. They send email reminders, sent me a text message with the name, picture and person information of the tech scheduled to come to my home. I had Jacob Blevins and he was superb in every way. I trusted his assessment of the problem, he answered ALL my questions with a smile. Kept me informed throughout the job. I could not be more pleased. I don't have to look any further for HVAC services. I am an Aire Serv customer for life!!!!!
