- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are determined by the number of lessons performed. We offer a 10% discount to active military, police, or fire department employees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an in-home assessment to understand the goals of our client with their dog. Once we complete the assessment we suggest how to approach the lessons and schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All trainers are trained by our Master dog trainer. Our Master dog trainer has trained over 6000 dogs and each trainer must train at least 15 dogs prior to training on their own. We also receive on going training and support from our Master trainer to guide our methods for any unfamiliar behavioral issues we need to address with our clients' dog.
