FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The name says Quality... Property Services. We are concerned about customers looking to cut corners. If that is you, we are not your contractor. If you want things done right, that will last for years to come, well, that usually does have a cost factor. We use experience and jobs that we have done that are similar, to price. We are very accurate on our estimations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions. We do a walk through and make notes and take pictures on what the goal is. We talk to the customer about budget and possible constraints. We let them know we have financing options, as well as accept multiple forms of payment - including e-check, Cash App, Venmo, and all major credit cards. We work to achieve their need, the most convenient way for them, and then try to exceed their expectations. We get a lot of repeat business this way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We had been hands on, working at night, after our regular jobs, doing rental rehabs/ make readies for 4 years. I was a licensed agent selling insurance and worked with customers who have had maintenance issues for 8 years. My wife manages 150+ properties in the Memphis area. In insurance, I learned how to inspect roofs, look for signs of water leakage in pipes, HVAC and water heaters, find potential drainage issues and fire hazards. As a Contractor, I learned how to accurately bid jobs, do things the right way, and give people more than they expect. We have worked efficiently with contractors, building supply vendors, and customers to achieve in a timely manner our customers goals.
