I was/am very impressed with the quality of both product and service of this company. The owner, Guy Critelli, took a very active part all through the process, including sales (he came to my house introducing me to the company and its standards), mid-service (calling to keep me up to date on the delivery of my flooring) and follow-up (calling to be sure the installation was to the standards I expected).The installation crew was on time, professional, and concerned that I was satisfied with the finished job/product. They took extra time to insure that I was happy and satified with their work.Without hesitation, I recommend this company.
