I am insured 1,000,000 each occurence/2,000,000 aggregate/1,000,000 products/1,000,000 personal and adv. Injury/5,000 medical expenses to any one person/100,000 to rented premises (each occurence)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Getting an outlook on necessary supplies, time frame, and logistics that meet your needs. 2. Stocking Inventory 3. Provide scheduling opportunities. 4. Entering customer information into work database. 5. Providing service on schedule. 6. Providing the opportunity to schedule the use of my services again. 7. E-mailed invoice with insurance and general liability form attached. 8. Encouraging open and honest reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction to all that is not top tier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business minor, chemistry, OSHA 10 hour safty training. EPA certification.
