The worst experience I have ever had. Mr. Spradlins and his crew took my money, supplies I purchased, trashed my yard, did not complete the job and left his crew most days unsupervised, and nothing got accomplished. Mr. Spradlin further claims that he is only 26 years old and very successful and knows all aspects of remodeling but he with his photo was as of yesterday, on a job website and his current job is listed as a property management company maintenance supervisor. This is just a small summary of my weeklong experience with him. I am posting photos of how he and his crew left the outside of my home. Unbelievable, unprofessional, does not tell the truth and took money and supplies that he was not entitled to take. Also, had me purchase siding per his calculation of how much was needed. Boxes left. He obviously did not know how to measure accurately wasting more of my money. I paid him, now I have to hire a cleanup crew as well as a siding company to finish what he did not. This was my personal experience.
