- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe the customer should be informed of everything from start to finish always. I always explain my plans with all customers & give them options & sit down and go over it and let them decide which plans they want to go with. 100% customer satisfaction is what we aim for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give free estimates within a 50 mile radius & sit down with my customers myself to make a plan in which they are pleased with. then draw up a contract for each of us to sign, after that schedule a time and date for us to start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went through the apprentice program for the Union in the '70s and I keep track of all the new painting materials that come out for my line of work I like to know what's new what works best I do a lot of research
