- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is slightly lower than my average competitor and the quality of what we do is higher.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It goes like this: send me pictures of what and where you want the work done. I’ll probably also ask you to send me measurements and dimensions. I then make a rough estimate of what materials and labor are going to cost. Then we get to work, and you get to enjoy your new hallway, floor, paint job, or appliance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m currently studying structural engineering at ACC and will transfer to UT or Texas A&M soon. As for training, a lifetime of working on boats and doing all sorts of construction and home projects from Alaska to Tennessee.
