I can remove unwanted items such as old furniture, trash, clothes, and junk in general. I have a truck, so I can throw it in the truck and haul it off. I do not mind cleaning mold, mildew, feces, and cat urine. I have a carpet shampooer at the ready as well as upholstery cleaner. I work hard. I have extra hands available for big messes. I can clean just about anything. I have organized as well. I will wash the walls down, sweep, mop, scrub toilets, make a house left by a mad tenant look like an open house for a realty. I will work sun up to sun down if necessary. I have worked in harsh conditions: no electric in summer heat and winter cold, no running water, horrible over-25-year-old dog and cat feces. I can rip up carpets and linoleum. I am willing to do just about anything necessary.
