- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are often applied for quantity and size of scope of work. Additional electrical upgrades are also discounted when added to an existing scope. Ask us how you can take the most advantage of the discounts we offer!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you call our administrator, you will be set up in our client management software - this means you will receive prompt communication, clear and descriptive estimates of work, and reliable scheduling for all of your projects!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are extensively field trained and Lead installers are licensed according to the National Electric Code.
