- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Junk Removal & Hauling is priced according to how much of our trailer is taken up with the debris being removed. Our trailer is the largest in the Tri-Cities @ 686 cubic ft, so is the best value. The price includes labor, disposal, taxes, etc. There are no hidden fees. One item removal = $75 Moving and labor prices are $80/hr and include the labor of 3 people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give a free/no obligation quote in person (versus over the internet or phone) so that we can be more accurate with quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Johannes served 23 years active/reserve in the US Navy. He earned his Associates Degree in Electronics and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Alysa served 3 yrs in the US Navy Nurse Corps - Reserves. We both completed training at JDog HQ before beginning this adventure, where we learned the best way to pack the trailer and recycle, reuse, & repurpose as much of the items removed as possible.
