- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. There is a $150 service call, which covers the site visit, evaluation, and quote—but we waive that fee entirely if you hire us for the job. We do provide free estimates for larger projects, and we offer discounts for bundled services (like smart switch and camera installations or multiple room upgrades). Our goal is to deliver high-quality electrical work that fits your budget and expectations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation—by message, phone, or in person—to understand your project needs. Then we provide a clear quote, schedule a time that works for you, and complete the job efficiently with great attention to detail. We keep communication open every step of the way and follow up to ensure you're 100% satisfied.
