My boutique fitness and wellness business has been operating in the Nashville area for over 16 years, offering group classes in dance fitness, yoga, yoga sculpt and small group personal training. We are available for private events, including bachelorette parties, birthday parties and corporate retreats. Rebecca’s breathwork classes are fantastic. She guides you on a journey and provides instructions and encouragement along the way.
