At the heart of our coaching strategies is the Color Code, a personality theory that dives deeper than just behavior - it centers around motive. In other words, WHY do you do what you do? Using this as a base for understanding each other and building better interpersonal relationships, we then focus on how to walk a Charactered Path. Walking the Charactered Path means embracing and leveraging our strengths, creating SMART Action Plans, and embracing servant leadership. By focusing more on the positive aspects that we all possess (versus the weaknesses and limitations), we can create a more energized and engaged workplace....which leads to greater productivity, higher retention rates, and overall business and life success. What I like most about my job is finding out what makes folks "tick". WHY do people do what they do? Digging into the root causes of behavior and uncovering each person's hidden and underutilized strengths is always such a fun process, and at the end of the journey, it is so rewarding to see the "light bulb" moments and ongoing individual (and group) success.
