What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the labor-hour. For example, a crew of three for four hours is 12 labor hours. Our rate for deep cleans is $40 per labor hour, and recurring of 2 weeks or less goes down to $35. Our service fee is a fixed $20 per visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Deep clean first to get everything up to standard, followed by recurring cleanings at our lesser rate.
