What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I not only give up to 25% off for those who book monthly, I also give 2 free sessions (up to 160 dollar value).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have what I call a session zero. It's essentially a free consultation where we will discuss the clients goals, perform a fitness assessment, and talk about any medical considerations that will affect the fitness program going forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal trainer certification from National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as a certification to teach Les Mills Body Combat. I also have a CPR and AED certification.
