- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Robin's hourly rate is $200/hr. Retainers vary by the complexity of your individual matter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always take extra time with our new clients. We will spend all the time you need to assure you of the next steps in your matter, create a plan, and answer all your questions. You will meet all the staff and be made to feel welcome. We have a casual, relaxed office space; we are never stuffy or unapproachable. Occasionally, Boe, our adorable office pup may be there to greet you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides graduating from the University of Tennessee and Nashville School of Law, Robin is most proud to be a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer's College in Dubois, Wyoming. She works with a network of some of the BEST attorneys across the United States and is am proud to bring the TLC experience to Middle Tennessee.
